Privacy Policy

Effective September 2026

This page explains what information Oxtonbridge collects, why, and what choices you have. In short: we collect what's needed to prepare and deliver a report, process any payment you choose to make, respond to you, and keep basic business records — nothing more than that.

What we collect

If you contact us directly, we collect what you send us — typically your name, email address, business name, and anything else you choose to share.

Before we reach out to a business, we look at information that's already publicly available — things like a business's website, its Google Business Profile, public reviews, and public contact details. We use this to prepare the free snapshot or paid audit we offer.

If we email a business first, we may keep a short outreach record — business name, contact details, the date we reached out, and whether you'd like us to stop contacting you. This exists so we can honor opt-outs and avoid contacting the same business twice.

If you purchase the Full Visibility Audit or the Managed Visibility plan, we collect the billing information needed to process that payment. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our own systems.

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or visitor analytics. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first.

How we use it

We don't use anything we collect to make automated decisions about you, and we don't build advertising profiles.

Outreach and opt-out

If you receive an email from us and would rather not hear from us again, just reply and say so — "no thanks" is enough. We'll keep a short record of that request so we can honor it going forward, and we won't contact you again about this or any similar offer.

Payments

Paid plans are processed by a third-party payment provider. We don't store your full card number or billing credentials — that information is handled directly by the payment processor under its own privacy and security terms.

Sharing

We don't sell information about you or your business. We use ordinary service providers to help run this business — for example, email hosting, website hosting, and payment processing — and those providers may process information on our behalf solely to deliver that service.

How long we keep it

We keep outreach, communication and billing records for as long as reasonably useful for our own business and legal purposes, and no longer than necessary for that purpose. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we have a legitimate reason to keep a limited record — for example, to honor an opt-out request or to meet a legal or tax obligation.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, as above. To do any of this, just email hello@oxtonbridge.com.

Children

Oxtonbridge is a business-to-business service. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the information we hold secure. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so we aim to collect only what we actually need in the first place.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes — like adding a new analytics or payment provider — will be reflected here before they take effect.
